This is one of the most famous and most popular pubs in Dublin and in the Temple Bar district, so be aware that it can get really busy and crowded almost every night.
The live music is always good, and there is both indoor and outdoor seating areas.
The pub is really big, with multiple bars to order from, but still gets really crowded, especially in the evenings.
We stopped by one night for a drink, but it was just too packed, so we came back the next day before 5 PM and easily found a seat and didn’t have to push our way through the crowd.
The food menu is somewhat limited, but their beer and whiskey selection is great.
Plan on spending enough time here to enjoy the music, and have at least 2 or 3 drinks.

Really fun experience! A bit pricey but that was expected. Medori sour was done well and I had enjoyed the Temple 12 year whiskey. Sebastian did a great job taking care of us.
Great music and a really solid Irish vibe. I would consider this a must do when in Dublin

Definitely a tourists attraction, it’s worth a visit, but take in consideration that you will probably never sit or eat anything because it’s packed like a tin can. It’s pricey but the atmosphere with live music justifies it.
